The Story of 3GC: A 100th Article Special


Over two decades, we have built 3GC by continuously adapting to the dynamic IT services environment. When we first began in 2003, we established ourselves as a provider of IP telephony engineering services for carriers before evolving into a managed services provider that addressed the changing needs of our clients and the expanding scope of the enterprises we served.


Our Evolution and the Birth of Pandoblox


Our first major evolution began in 2005, when we started providing helpdesk and engineering services to small and medium enterprises. We then expanded to serve larger enterprises and broadened our services to include DevOps and data warehouse transformation.


Eventually, we recognized that we needed to provide services that would complement our hardware-based digital transformation capabilities, specifically focusing on software and systems. In 2017, we established Pandoblox, which initially focused on blockchain technology before evolving to provide holistic digital transformation services for medium and large enterprises.


Enter Themis


2022 marked a pivotal year as we introduced Themis through both 3GC and Pandoblox—a managed data platform that delivers business intelligence with greater ease and efficiency at lower costs. Designed to complement our full enterprise Data Service Desk team, Themis empowers organizations by linking together their disconnected IT and data ecosystems into a single source, streamlining operations, and eliminating complexity to facilitate their transformation from a cost center into a viable market competitor.


Themis has fundamentally transformed how we operate, enabling us to establish a formidable presence in the CPG and Health Services industries, especially as the platform entered beta phase in 2024. Through Themis' features and capabilities, companies within these industries gain greater visibility into their operations, which helps them manage their overall growth.


3GC Today


Beyond Themis, we have expanded our offerings beyond traditional helpdesk and DevOps services. We developed FlexPODs (Prebuilt Optimized Development)—pre-built optimized teams with specialized skills that businesses undergoing changes can tap into for the short term. We have also introduced specialized teams for tech provisioning operations.


As a trusted managed services provider, we offer integrated ITSM and Identity Exploitation Management (IEM) solutions that transform IT operations from reactive firefighting to proactive strategic advantage. Our unified framework delivers automated workflows for helpdesk, onboarding, and provisioning while providing comprehensive asset visibility and compliance support for frameworks like SOC2, GDPR, and ISO standards.


Security and compliance have been central to our mission from inception. Our flagship Identity Exploitation Scan (IES) leverages 1200+ professional hacker tools to analyze infiltration paths from an attacker's perspective, discovering network vulnerabilities, exposed data, and compromised credentials. We provide priority vulnerability reports with risk scoring, attack path visualization, and custom security architecture recommendations—delivering enterprise-grade protection without enterprise costs.
