We are a fast-growing IT service provider and we are looking for a sales virtual assistant to support our administrative needs and is open to grow towards technology services. We envision this turning into a career growth opportunity for the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, respond, and organize emails or correspondence in a timely manner

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings

  • Manage the executive calendar

  • Organize information from multiple sources

  • Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentation for internal and client meetings

  • Assist in company projects

  • Coordinate events and do extensive research depending on the industry or topic assigned to support management objectives

  • Provide support through various documentation

  • Handle and record time entries in computer systems as needed

  • Make travel arrangements for executives

  • Provide other administrative support as needed by the role

  • Request pricing from vendors and create quotes for review by Director

  • Other adhoc tasks related to the role


Requirements

  • 2+ year experience in the same role (preferably with background in project management, product management, business analysis and/or IT services)

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required

  • Highly organized, efficient, productive, keen attention to detail, and focused on task completion

  • Quick learner and work well without constant supervision

  • Care genuinely about clients

  • With advanced time management skills

  • With excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Mastery of 0365, Zoom, and MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

  • With sound understanding of business concepts

  • With initiative to work on tasks without being told to, self-motivated and well disciplined

  • Able to grow in different fields of technology and services

  • Able to offer suggestions to improve the existing process

  • Have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties

  • Willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer

  • Willing to work during US Pacific business hours (8am-5pm PDT)

  • Experience in working for an IT company is preferred

  • Experience in sales and direct contact with company clients is also preferred

  • Knowledge in any project management tools like ClickUp or Jira, etc. is a plus

  • Must be willing to work US Pacific time (Corresponding to 11pm to 8am PH time)

  • Have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties

  • Willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer

  • Currently residing in the Philippines
