Senior IT Project Manager - PH

About The Role 

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will partner with internal and external project teams to manage scope, develop timelines and deliverable estimates, coordinate resources, facilitate communication with a portfolio of 10-12 clients, oversee the delivery of clients objectives, and escalate issues as appropriate. The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that these activities are delivered in accordance with the company’s standards, and in a consistent way across regions and internal departments.

Responsibilities 

In this role, you'll get to...

• collaborate with product, implementation, and development resources to achieve clients objectives

• develop integrated project plans in accordance with the client’s standards

• schedule tasks, deadlines, and milestones for stakeholders and resources

• identify and properly scope critical success factors for each project

• modeling and track project budgets against actual performance

• identify and manage project risks, roles, and responsibilities

• raise and monitor issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues and escalate to leadership when

• required

• set up appropriate governance and oversight of assigned projects

• facilitate project communication, including status reports to executives, stakeholders, business units, vendors, and project teams

• identify and implementing process improvements and automation

• perform other duties as assigned

Requirements 

On day one, we'll expect you to...

• have 7+ years of extensive experience in Project/Program management in a global organization

• be a master of project planning and extensive knowledge in creating timelines of longer-term deliverables

• have experience in multiple project methodologies to include SAFe Agile, Waterfall and a hybrid approach

• be an excellent communicator, able to effectively communicate to a wide range of audiences at all levels of the organization

• have a working knowledge of modern program management and tools (e.g. Confluence/Jira; Azure DevOps; Smartsheet; MS Office)

• be able to pull and manipulate data from tools to showcase progress, identify issues and help resolve them to ensure quality and timely project delivery

• have a strong technical skills with experience in managing projects with server migration, data migrations, product lifecycle management, integrations, etc.

• be an excellent project management skills including experience in planning, executing and controlling projects ranging from small to extra large

• have a strong knowledge of project governance to include deliverables throughout the project lifecycle

• have experience in road mapping projects to include financial planning

• have strong interpersonal skills

• be independent, motivated, and detail oriented working style

• have a strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

• have PMP, Prince, CSM or Six Sigma certification preferred

• have a Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree preferred

• be willing a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there

• be willing to work in US Pacific time zone (8:00am-5:00pm PST which corresponds to 12:00am -9:00am PH time, if not DST)

• have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties

• be willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer
