About The Role 


We are looking for an operationally minded person who is passionate about growing with an organization, and has a desire to be at the forefront of keeping internal operations running smoothly for a global team.



Responsibilities 


In this role you'll get to...

  • work to maintain project documentation, assisting with project setup and communication, and liaison with teams and additional tasks as needed. Examples of these tasks are as follows:

  • utilize vendor and company systems and maintain databases as necessary on purchased goods and services to assure that the most accurate information is being utilized.

  • provide assistance to the legal procurement team in document filing and preparation

  • assist project managers, engineers and staff as needed


Requirements 


On day one we'll expect you to...

  • have a strong proof reading skills with a keen eye for detail, strong grammar and the ability to focus and stay persistent.

  • have at least 6 months of work experience in a global or fast-growing organization.

  • have an entrepreneurial attitude and able to take initiative with minimal direction

  • be confident in communicating and maintaining relationships with team members and customers

  • have the desire to take on more tasks and grow within the operations team

  • have the ability to work remotely on an PDT/ PST schedule

  • have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties

  • be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer

  • be a current resident of the Philippines and legally able to perform work from there

  • have a fully functional and up to date computer with which to perform duties

  • be willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer


NOTE: This is a remote (work from home) job.
