About the Role


We are an IT services company with several business opportunities coming our way, so we are looking for the right business analyst to be part of our project teams.

This is a part-time role for 20 hours a week, that requires dedication, detailed work, and integrity.


Responsibilities

  • Establish and document business processes

  • Perform requirement elicitation through different channels of discovery

  • Assist in requirement planning and management

  • Perform requirement analysis and documentation

  • Identify business process gaps and align solutions to project goals

  • Support the project team using business analysis tools

  • Establish communication services across stakeholders

  • Detail Scrum stories in standard format

  • Participate in daily stand-ups and capture information

  • Assist in grooming/sizing of stories

  • Facilitate testing/product performance recording

  • Detail product reviews and releases

  • Obtain clear knowledge of business processes to effectively support the team

  • Complete project deliverables with quality and in a timely manner

  • Organizes and manages project deliverables as may be required by the project team

  • Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics, as applicable

  • Other adhoc tasks related to the role


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Business Analysis field

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or relevant field required

  • Ability to analyze, map, and document business processes

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods

  • Experience in business analysis tools

  • Experience in Agile projects, preferably with Business Systems

  • Knowledgeable in SQL

  • Ability to facilitate testing/product performance recording

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Outlook.

  • Experience in Salesforce/Oracle database is a strong plus

  • Enterprise Application experience is a plus

  • Currently residing in the Philippines

  • Willing to work within Pacific business hours (11pm-8am Philippine time, if DST)

  • This is a remote job
