About The Role 


We are a fast-growing IT service provider and we are looking for an executive virtual assistant to support our administrative needs and is open to grow towards technology services. We envision this turning into a career growth opportunity for the right person.

Responsibilities 

  • Follow-up sales and manage the calendar

  • Create impressive PowerPoint presentations

  • Attend meetings and send out accurate minutes of the meetings in a timely manner

  • Learn quickly and work well without constant supervision

  • Coordinate events and do extensive research about different topics

  • Make travel arrangements for Executives

  • Provide other administrative support as needed


Requirements

  • Be highly organized, efficient and productive

  • Be able to offer suggestions to improve the existing process

  • Care genuinely about clients

  • Eager to learn and grow in your career

  • Quick grasp of instructions

  • Excellent English communication skills both in writing and verbal

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Advanced time management skills

  • Self motivated and well disciplined

  • Has initiative to work on tasks without being told to

  • Have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties

  • Be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer

  • Be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there

  • Be open to a full-time opportunity

  • Be willing to work during US Pacific timezone (8am - 5pm PST, 12AM - 9AM Manila time)


What separate the best from the rest:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the same role

  • Experience in working for an IT company

  • Knowledge in ConnectWise or Jira

  • Experience in Sales and direct contact with company clients

  • This is a remote, work from home position.
