We are a fast-growing IT service provider, and we are looking for a Billing Analyst to support our operations and sales teams' draft statements of work, track contractors’ time, and assist in invoicing clients. We envision this turning into a career growth opportunity for the right person.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll get to...
monitor, respond, and organize statements of work and contractual obligations
schedule and coordinate the meetings necessary to usher the statements of work to completion - i.e., draft, team input, legal team coordination, delivery to client and final signatures
follow-up sales and manage the calendar to track client contract obligations related to invoicing and billing
ensure all contractors’ time is accounted for and is aligned with our and the clients’ contractual obligations
responsible for ensuring contractors’ billable and non-billable time are tracked properly
create and manage documentation and policies on statement of work workflow and time keeping for the company
create and manage reporting related to time and billing activities
provide support through various documentation
handle and record time entries in computer systems as needed
provide other administrative support as needed by the role
Requirements
On day one, we'll expect you to...
have 5+ years' experience in coordination (preferably with background in project management, product management, business analysis and/or IT services)
be a graduate of any 4-year course in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
be highly organized, efficient, productive, have keen attention to detail, and focused on task completion
be a quick learner who can work well without constant supervision, self-motivated and well disciplined
be able to use available information and assist or redirect the executive's focus according to the priority for the day or week
be able to support building PMO, Data, and other emerging practices
be able to assist in creating constant reports - weekly and daily reports
be able to take some of the assignments on the executive's plate and liaise with internal PMs, Product Managers, Practice Manager, and other EAs
have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
be adept in business correspondence with clients
be able to grow in different fields of technology and services
have advanced expertise and knowledge on time management skills
have mastery of Google Calendar, Google Drive, Zoom, and MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
have excellent transcription skills and be able to send out minutes of the meetings on time
have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
be willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer
have experience in working for an IT company
be a resident of the Philippines and willing to work from there
be willing to work during US Pacific business hours 8am-5pm (11PM to 8AM Manila time)
