Security Business Analyst

We are looking for a passionate advocate of actionable analytics as a Business Analyst II, you will play a key role in the execution of fleet management and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales to implement and monitor the execution of sales strategies

• Develop customer-centric solutions for strategic initiatives

• Plan and execute analyses using large datasets, often from multiple data sources, and communicate results to diverse stakeholders

• Perform exploratory and explanatory analyses, communicate findings, and recommend actions to drive value for the company and the customers

• Engage continually with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Commercial Strategy, etc.) to understand business needs and meet shared objectives

• Constantly look for opportunities to innovate or improve current processes to drive value for both internal and external customers

• Creation of ad hoc analyses and presentations

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent in mathematics, economics, business, or other analytical focused area

• 2+ years of Analytics experience

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, and have experience with SQL or other query languages

• BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is desired but not required

• Adaptability, flexibility, and problem solving
