Inside Sales/ Relationship Manager

Being the “ground floor” to enterprise sales is very different from the traditional monthly quota product based sales and lead generation.  We focus on building relationships with our clients and maintaining them.  We provide consultative solutions instead of selling products. 

But it does come with a set of challenges:

Challenges:

Business understanding: the solutions we design for our clients are not simple.  It requires a deep understanding of both technology and business concepts for maximum results.
Win/ Win mentality: when providing consultative solutions for our clients, you have to think win/win.  We are not selling products to our clients, we’re helping them solve issues.  At the end of the day, if what we’re doing does not help the client, then we have to ditch the sale or the client. 
Farming vs. Cold Calling:  We are not selling products, we are developing relationships with longterm prospects.  You will be farming these relationships with prospects over a longer period of time utilizing our internal research and marketing campaigns to setup appointments for our Enterprise Account Executives with the overall goal to help 3GC develop a longterm relationship.   
Politics:  These are not simple sales to proprietors.  You will need to know how to play in teams for the sales process as well as learn how to sell to departments and multiple decision making committees.

3GC provides an established marketing and prospecting process geared for mid to large global enterprises that works for you.  You will be calling on prospects that are already interested in our solutions, not the traditional dialing for dollars.

Qualified applicants must have:

2 or 4 year degree
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in inside sales or sales engineering support postions for high end technical products and services. 
Expert knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications is a Must
Be self-motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. 

3GC Group is a rapidly expanding company with great opportunities for professional growth.  Therefore, we are interested in positive, highly energetic, and self-motivated people that can work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities and Duties include:

Making calls to prospects based on interest in our marketing campaigns (this is warm-calling )
Outbound calls totaling 100-150 calls/day
Get involved with the marketing department to design custom campaigns.
Conduct inside sales calls into our established client base.
Directly follow up with prospects stemming from educational seminars and other marketing campaigns

Start Date:  ASAP

Compensation: $30-$40k base salary with commissions reach $60-70k total comp at plan.
