3GC maintains its own enterprise monitoring system revolving around Fluke's Visual Uptime's engine.  We can monitor your WAN traffic for specific application performance and through put or simply monitor the health of your routers, firewalls, PBX, Video equipment and networking equipment to assist in proactive managing your converged network.  This is all tied into our internal ticketing software and alerting system to assure the quickest response with documented history.
