This email address should only be used for opening new service tickets and for providing additional information/updates on an existing service ticket. Responses and updates on service tickets from the 3GC Service team will correspond with this email address.

Clients are still free to use Support@3gcgroup.com or individual email addresses for communication with our service engineers as needed.
