Henry Park, Founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board

Henry oversees and drives the vision of 3GC Group's  global expansion by spreading the Converged Networks movement in technology to all corners of the world. He brings a unique background in investment banking and technology, with experience in industry trending and analysis as well as sales and marketing.  With a B.S. in Economics from UC, Irvine he has aided in several mergers and acquisitions in the plastics and rubber industry to create competing brands against behemoths such as Goodyear and Proctor and Gamble.  Prior to 3GC Group, Henry held several mid and upper management, sales and marketing positions within the CLEC and IT Consulting industries.  He also holds a minor in Psychology from UC Irvine, and has an Executive MBA from Tuck University.  In his free time, he studies theology and sociology in his never-ending pursuit to understanding people and their memes.

Daniel Jung, Chief Financial Officer and Board Member

Daniel joined the 3GC Group Board of Directors in June 2008 and currently serves as its Interim Chief Financial Officer.  With many years of experience in senior finance positions in public companies, Daniel brings an enterprise vision to our finance management.  Daniel also serves as a Partner at Jung & Associates, LLP a full service firm offering accounting, audit, tax, and interim management consulting. He has helped multinational companies setup streamlined operations in international legal structures in order to effectively lower worldwide tax rates. Daniel has served public and private companies in a wide span of industries including personal computing services, network security, enterprise software, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.  Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from San Jose State University and a Masters’ of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University.  In his free time, Daniel serves as an Adjunct Professor at Menlo College teaching finance and taxation.

Shyam Manwani, Board Member

Shyam Manwani has served on the Board of Directors since June 2008. Mr. Manwani’s 23 years in the IT consulting sector, provides practical, business savvy guidance for 3GC Group around all aspects of its operations.  Mr. Manwani is a co-founder and Principal of S & L International, a premier IT firm that provide custom, scalable, cost-effective solutions to diverse industries that range from small firms to Fortune 1000 organizations. Mr. Manwani has extensive experience in assisting clients leverage advances in technology to achieve their business objectives. Prior to establishing S & L International, Mr. Manwani was Regional Director for LANSystems for over 9 years until the acquisition by Donnelly Enterprise Solutions. Mr. Manwani received a B.S.in Electrical Engineering from California State University Los Angeles.

Koroush Saraf, Board Member

Koroush, a member of the Board of Directors since August 2010, provides innovative, intelligent guidance to our technology partnerships and manages the technology vetting process of 3GC Group. Koroush is a Co-Founder of Consentry Networks, a global leader in Network Access Control devices.  He currently holds a position as the Senior Director of Product Management at Fortinet, a worldwide provider of network security appliances and a market leader in unified threat management (UTM). He has a Master’s Degree in Computer Networks from the University of Southern California (USC), Master's Degree in Computer Hardware from Stanford and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.  In his free time, Koroush likes to study technology and its effects on society.
