Roberto Orci is the CEO and Chairman of Acento, an independent Hispanic advertising, promotions and PR agency, founded in 1983. Roberto Orci’s 30 years in marketing and advertising in Mexico, Canada and the US make him a leader in his field. Previously, he was a brand manager at Procter & Gamble (Mexico), VP Management Supervisor at Ogilvy & Mather in the US, Canada and Mexico; and until 2002, President of the fourth largest independent Hispanic agency in the US. Roberto also serves on the Advisory Board for Cal State University School of Business. Roberto Received his BBA in Finance from the University of Houston and his MBA from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Finance.
Len Duncan, Board Advisor
Len Duncan is the Founder and CEO of the Duncan Group, a Silicon Valley based consulting and staffing firm, founded in 1991, servicing enterprise accounts such as Charles Schwab, Nortel, Household Bank, Computer Sciences, Hitachi Data Systems, Sun Microsystems and Amdahl Corporation. Len is also the Chairman of The Citizens Bond Oversight Committee, overseeing the expenditures on $235 million in bond measure in the Silicon Valley. Since 2006, he has performed personal consulting projects in the areas of sales, business development and professional services for IT consulting companies, Orchesys and Xoriant. Len also served as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors for Vortex Intellectual Property Exchange. Len holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with majors in Accounting and Finance, from the Ohio State University.
Tetsu Noguchi, Board Advisor
Specializing in the IT industry and niche market technology companies, Tetsu Noguchi has 17 years of experience introducing companies to the Japanese and APAC markets with expertise in market messaging and business development. Tetsu worked at Grey Advertising’s Tokyo subsidiary for 8 years, specializing in localizing brand image, interactive media development, and brand messaging for a variety of consumer and business products. Later, he joined AdMedia to head a new wholly owned interactive and web media subsidiary. At Nissho Electronics, he spent 8 years focusing on assisting IT industry and niche market technology companies enter and develop the Japanese and APAC markets. He holds a BA in International Business from Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan.
Rico Magsipoc, Board Advisor
Rico Magsipoc is a respected IT executive and technology evangelist with a proven 10-year track record of successes in deploying cutting-edge, enterprise-class technology solutions. Rico is a Technology Architect at Cognizant, a leading provider of information technology, consulting and business-process outsourcing services. At Cognizant, Rico manages a technical staff of developers, application testers, system and database engineers in the United States and offshore in India. He is currently embedded at FOX Entertainment, managing their Digital Asset Management (DAM) program. Prior to his employment at Cognizant, Rico served as Chief Technology Officer at the Laboratory of Neuro Imaging and UCLA. Rico holds a BA in Design and Computer Science Engineering from UCLA as well as an MBA in Finance and Information Technology Management from the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business.
